Customers stay in your shop’s own context while browsing and ordering.
- Browse, bag and guest checkout
- Buyers can view available items and use guest checkout where the shop is accepting orders. The bag belongs to one shop at a time. Prices, stock and available payment methods come from the shop’s current checkout.
- Payment and order information
- Checkout shows the applicable totals and payment options. Buyers should keep their order link and payment reference, and check a pending or unclear payment before paying again. Seller-managed delivery or pickup is agreed for the order.
- Help without seller onboarding
- A guest buyer can email support about an unresolved order or payment issue. Read the published policies for the rules that apply; a storefront or verification badge is not an unconditional refund guarantee.
