For illustration: if Yogroo recognises GHS 10 of eligible commission, a 10% share is GHS 1. Rewards are rounded down to the nearest pesewa. This is an example, not a quote for an order or withdrawal.

The rate in force when commission is recognised is recorded with that earning. Changes do not recalculate earlier rewards. Check your dashboard for your current rate, progress and referral history. Ask support if you need to confirm an earning window.

How a referral earns

An account signup alone does not create a cash reward.

  1. Share your own invite

    Open Refer & Earn in your seller dashboard to find your code and yogroo.com/r/CODE link. Share it with another person starting or running a business.

  2. They become a seller and claim the code

    The invited seller must add your code within 30 days of becoming a seller. If they missed the link at signup, they can use Have an invite code? in their referral dashboard while eligible.

  3. An eligible sale reaches commission recognition

    A pending payment or an unfinished order is not the same as recognised commission. The first qualifying commissioned sale counts towards your Champion progress when its funds are released and commission is recognised.

  4. Rewards cover a limited window

    The earning window runs for 365 days from the moment the referral is attributed. Only commission recognised during that window counts. Sales before the code was claimed do not earn a retrospective reward.

Eligibility & exclusions

  • The referrer and invited person must be eligible sellers. One referred seller can have one referrer.
  • You cannot claim your own code or form a mutual pair where each seller refers the other.
  • A sale without eligible recognised Yogroo commission has no commission to share. Recording an outside sale does not itself create a referral reward.
  • Claims outside the joining window and commission outside the earning window do not qualify.
  • Champion progress counts qualified referrals, not every person who merely signed up.

Balance, withdrawals & corrections

Credited rewards appear in your available Yogroo balance in GHS. A reward credit is separate from a completed bank or mobile-money withdrawal. Withdrawal eligibility, identity checks, destination checks and quoted fees still apply.

For a refunded or disputed sale, check the order, commission and reward records together. Automatic recovery of a referral reward after a later commission reversal is not currently available. Contact support with the relevant references to ask about a correction; do not assume it has happened automatically.
