From your shop link to your customer

A storefront that belongs to your business. A simple way for your customers to see what you sell and place an order. Built for Ghana, in Ghanaian cedis.

For sellers

You can start from home, a stall, a studio or an existing shop. You do not need a physical shop to create a storefront.

Start for free
  1. Create your account and shop

Choose tailoring or product selling, add your business details and choose your shop link. Give customers accurate contact and fulfilment information.

  2. Add what you sell

Add photos, a description and the price or pricing details. For products, include sizes, condition and stock. For made-to-order designs, explain what the customer is requesting.

  3. Preview, publish and open

Choose your look, then use Website in your dashboard to preview and publish the saved design. Check that your shop is open and that your items are visible at your public link.

    Explore storefront styles
  4. Share your link

Send your storefront link to customers in WhatsApp, Instagram or wherever you already talk. A theme preview is a demo; share your own shop link when it is ready.

  5. Fulfil what you agreed

Confirm the item, custom-work details where relevant, delivery or pickup, and timing with the customer. Delivery is arranged by the seller. Check order and payment status before acting; a pending payment is not confirmed.

For buyers

Follow a seller’s shop link. You can browse and use guest checkout without creating a seller account.

Report a problem
  1. Check the item and the seller

Read the size, condition, description and seller’s policies. Ask about anything unclear. For custom work, agree the design, measurements, price and completion date before paying.

  2. Review your order

Add available products to the bag and enter your contact and delivery or pickup details. Review the final amount and available payment methods. Checkout availability depends on the shop and its current order settings.

  3. Pay and keep your reference

Use only the methods offered at checkout. Keep the order link and payment reference. If the payment outcome is unclear, check its status before trying again.

  4. Receive and check your order

Keep in touch with the seller about delivery or pickup. Use the order link provided to check the order. Only confirm receipt after the item has arrived and you have checked it.

  5. Ask for help when something is wrong

Contact the seller where safe. For a payment problem, suspected fraud or an unresolved order, email Yogroo with your reference and evidence. Reporting a problem does not automatically approve a refund.

    Read policies and find support

Payment fees, release and refund terms must be checked for your order. Do not assume every payment method, custom-order stage or remedy is available for every shop. See pricing and check web and mobile availability.
