Find Yogroo’s published policies, ask about your personal information, or get help with a shop or order.
Find the information that applies to you
You may be a buyer, a seller, or a customer whose details a seller records. These roles can overlap.
Buying from a shop
Read the listing, size, condition and fulfilment details before paying. Keep your order reference and private tracking link. For a wrong, damaged or missing item, contact the seller and escalate an unresolved issue through order reporting guide. Use the published terms and refund policy for the rules that apply.
Selling with Yogroo
Describe your offering accurately, disclose condition and fulfilment arrangements, and use photos and designs you have permission to publish. Do not use a listing or message to defraud, impersonate or harass someone. Report suspected counterfeit goods, abuse or rights infringement through the reporting guide.
Customers in a seller’s records
A seller may record a customer’s contact details, order information or tailoring measurements for their work, including an offline sale. Explain the purpose, get the customer’s agreement where needed, keep the information in the right record, and do not publish private measurements or contact details in listings. For access, correction, export or deletion, use personal information requests; you do not need to create a shop.
This guide helps you find the right policy and support route. It does not replace the published agreements or add a refund guarantee, response deadline or new data-processing contract.
